Returns and Exchanges

We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. So if you receive any products that is unsatisfactory, please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund you in full for the item/s.

Products returned or exchanged must be in their original condition – unworn, and undamaged with their swing tag still attached. We will not accept any products returned after the expiration of the valid return period (7 days after receipt of your parcel).

If you are returning or exchanging a product, you are responsible for any postage or courier costs. Please note, we have found the South African Postal Service to be the most cost effective method.

In the event of an exchange, we will cover the courier fee of the new item/s being sent back to you.
